In December 2017 EcoHospitality NZ has installed 16 water flow reducers in its taps and showers, SAVING AN AVERAGE OF 61% OF WATER, in every use, in this taps and showers.

Workshop HOW TO MAKE ECOPOTS AND SURFBOARDS WITH PLASTIC BOTTLES - New Plymouth
In December 2017 EcoHospitality has developed a workshop, for the local community, to teach people on how to use plastic bottles to make Ecopots (vases) and Stand-up Paddle Boards.
A free workshop that brought benefits to the environment and for the Taranaki community.
In progress - Implementation of a Sustainable Program at Ducks & Drakes, New Plymouth
In December 2017 we have started a four months project to implement sustainable practices in the boutique motel localized in New Plymouth.
After a diagnosis, a total of 26 actions will be developed and another 16 will be improved.
In progress - Installation of water flow reducers at Sunflower Lodge, YHA - New Plymouth
After a diagnosis indicating a 46% potential water saving in the business, a two-step project to install water flow reducers in all taps and showers at Sunflower Lodge was started in November 2017.
In the first step, a total of 14 flow reducers were installed and another 18 pieces will be installed after the high season.
